stack histogram with group by colum

Hi, i need to create a stack histogram with group column, my value are grouped by type consuntive and budget value (each stack is conneted to the stack in the histogram below The first with the first, second with the second and so on).

This is my actual histogram, one for consuntive , one for budget

Is possible unite in one stack histogram , group by consuntive/budget?
