If you want a specific measure to get the result, you can use
Mike Calculation = CALCULATE ( SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Tablename'[Status] ), 'Tablename'[Name] = "Mike" )If you have a slicer or a filter to select a Name, you can use only SELECTEDVALUE like
