spacing and labelling individual bar chart

Hi, am trying to plot individual charts on y-axis using column counts with no input on x-axis. am unable to figure out how to space and label the individual bars. Would really appreciate any assistance.

Thanks for your response. However, inner padding can only work if you have input on the x axis
