source data are from two different table with a cut-off date
My data source are from two tables with a cut-off date and I need to calculate from those two tables, then I write the measure as below.
I can get an answer if I choose a date before 2023/6/30, however I always get 0 if I choose a date after it, what's the issue of the measure below.

Orders loaded = IF('_Common Measures'[selected Date]<=DATE(2023,6,30),CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('RR')+0,'RR'[Category] = "Order Placing",'RR'[Origin] = "Manual"||'RR'[Origin] ="Mass Upload",'RR'[Screening Time]="first"),CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('RR New')+0,'RR New'[Category]="Order Placing",'RR New'[Origin] = "Manual"||'RR New'[Origin] ="Mass Upload"))- Lucy1234Regular Visitor
I can get the answer if I only use the part below, but when combine, no result
CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('RR New')+0,'RR New'[Category]="Order Placing",'RR New'[Origin] = "Manual"||'RR New'[Origin] ="Mass Upload"
