sort data per location by latest Date

I have 4 locations, and they all have some basic data put in each month.  Here is an example of what the data looks like:

Location	Date	%Percentage
North	1/1/2021	20
North	2/1/2021	24
North	3/1/2021	22
South	1/1/2021	50
South	1/2/2021	56
West	1/1/2021	15

What I want to be able to do is do a BI Card that would show the most recent percentage.  I would use a slicer to choose the Location and then have a card show the most current percentage that that location has.  So For example if I picked North the Card would show 22.  If I picked West the card would show 15.
