slow movers & no movers

we have a table of excel with this info

-product id             -time period               -purchase$           -forecast depletion$          -stock on hand$       -projected stock$

I need know the product id    is a

slow mover forecast      ( >  6 month forecast    ) 

no mover  6 month       (movemet is 0 or movement depletion stock is below 10% of the final stock during period)**

no mover  1 year            ""

no mover  2 year            ""

** take in account is posible it have a  several purchases in the middle of periods in the same product,

in this case we need choose the last date of purchase  as reference )

or entry in stock product in last 5 month in this case product  became in new introduction
