simplest sharing approach
Am looking to deploy free version in our Not-for-profit org. Thinking I will: Develop a KPI dashboard Store results in One-Drive for the organisations O365 account Store excell and PBIX there...
Only thing I would not be sure of is the shared group, if by that you mean a group workspace, that is a Pro feature.

Thats very helpful. I was not putting a specific meaning to Groups. What I was imagining is that I can "invite" colleagues to the BI space so enabling them to see the dashboards, reports etc.
I really am very new indeed to this and so maybe I am being extraordinarily naive here!
