showing hidden data series

some of the data series are hidden in above image in area chart. how do i show all data series label. i tried all possible ways. but i am not getting correct output. showing data series label is very big task for me. please help me.

Hi @JothiG,

 

Here the issue is because that your area chart contains series with very different magnitudes and big values cover the small ones, so their labels get hidden. Please follow below steps:

  • Use small multiples like one mini chart per series so that each series gets its own mini chart so nothing is hidden and trends are visible.
  • Switch to a line chart with markers and enable data labels, lines and markers show small value series better than filled areas inside a single visual.

Did you try Stacked Area Chart or changing the secondary axis min and max values?

Please try to put these values in table visual and show us the values which you are not able to see on image. Then we would know whats hidden and work on it accordingly

Hi @JothiG ,

 

When you refer hiddent data series do you mean some that have very low values and are not visible when you turn the values on?

 

The data markers alongside with other elements on the visual adjust to the available size so if you have a very small number when compared to the rest it will not show properly.
