showing a local picture based on a value

Hello,

 

I would like to show a Picture on my dashboard which is based on a value and I dont know how to do this or if its even possible. I don't use a URL picture. I got it locally on my computer. Does someone can tell me, if this is possible? and if so, can someone give me a hint, how to solve this problem?

I think when it's local it's not possible, you should upload your pictures online and then use it like this user use it :

Can someone of the MS power Bi team confirm that this doesn't work with local paths/images?

We need this but if this can't work, no need to try further ...
