According to your description and a screenshot, The above is a solution idea. If this idea doesn't solve your problem, can you provide a sample file without privacy data? Because the value of the matrix is an aggregated values, I'm not sure what kind of aggregated value your region is. I will do my best to help you as soon as possible.
