show records dupe column

I've made some simple reports and when I right click and select Show Records, the data displays, but one column is listed 

twice.

I've tried all sorts of things to get rid of the second, but it persists.  It exists only once in my source dataset.

Anyone seen this before - or have an idea how to cure it?

I cannot reproduce this problem. Could you re-create the relative visual to see whether issue persist?
