show one row

Hi,

I have a set of data that has multiple dates for one ID like below -

WJ876400_1-1684771585957.png

what I want to show is just the lastest date for each ID, is this possible to do so I can show it in a table and then in a pie chart to show the percentage in scope and overdue just based of the last review date?

any help appreciated,

thanks

Hi @WJ876400

You can use MAXX function to iterate each record for a ID, get the MAX date..
