show data points in map visual

Hi Team, I need a help with one of the ask from my team.  i need to create a map visual for USA and add data points on top of them.  the current map visuals that powerbi has doesnt allow for showin...

There is currently no direct method. Please check if these workarounds can meet your requirements:

Data Labels on Maps;

Map with Data Labels in R.
