show a percentage of date entries against blanks in a column?!

Hi all, 

I want to show a percentage of date entries on a card. 

Column has 72 rows with 3 date entries. 

How do i get PowerBi to show the number of date entries against the blanks?

Trying to show a card graphic with the 'date allowcated' column as a percentage  of the overall entries by 'case reference'
