show 2 percent categories with only a stacked bar

Is this possible  implement this kind of graph in Power BI?

use like 2 types of definition for the amount and also they are divided by categories. the only option that i see is divide them on two graphs, I like to know if you have athoner approach.

@DanielOrj I think there is something avaialble from market place, check it out. Make sure to read their privacy policy before using visuals from market place.
