sharing report using power bi free

is it posisble to share a rpeort (not dashboard) with coworkers using power bi free (both users using power bi free)?

You can do this by installing a PowerBI Desktop app on each user's computer

Then, share with them the .pbix file

The file can't be opened simultaneously by two or more users, so either email them or duplicate the file in the shared folder for each user.

thanks, but these are not power users and need to acess the reports using browser. so i guess there is no option?

Hi @ConstMoss,

PG is staring working on the feature to share reports. See: Share Reports in Power BI.

As you are free user, if you want to share reports, available methods are Publish to web and Share Dashboards. If you have sensitive data in the report, Publish to web is not suggested, as the report or visual you publish can be viewed by anyone on the Internet.
