sharing report option

Hi Team,

Any other option share group of people my Report outside orgazation or inside my orgazation(without Azure Active Directory)

IF create Azure Active Directory how to create group of user(easy selection example 10 user one group that one report)

Main question: My client expecting download Enter Power Bi reports in PDF or EXCEL then share to end user(Inside oragazation or inside orgazation) or share to shreenshot(security not embedede report)
