sharepoint memebrs and permissins report

Hi,
I would like to connect my power bu file to sharepoint members and access permissions to build a report on 
1. who is under what group

2. who and what group has access to what sites. files, and folders

3. build a matrix to monitor people access in sharepoint site.

Questions:

1.how to do that?

2. what access do I need? Admin or Full Control?
