Hi All,
I am having an issue with getting PowerBI to link into our SharePoint Lists I have seen a lot of threads suggesting using the following: https://rootsite/_vti_bin/listdata.svc however when I do this I am still not getting the tables I require. One of the suggested fixes is to go to the SharePoint Server and to the "_vti_pvt"-folder in your "inetpub" of IIS. Then look for the file "service.cnf" and delete it - or better rename it. Power BI takes the old OData service when he can not find this file. However in this case I am not able to complete this step as I cant gain approval for this.
So I was looking to see if I can access one of the SharePoint lists via a Weblink however I am only recieving one of the 8 pages of information when I use the URL.
Would anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
Paula
