Hi, I finally find a way to solve it.
1. change the excel load preference
2. change the local file 'regional setting ' only this work, not swedish or english
@Anonymous,
How do you connect to the ssv file in power bi desktop, have you used custom connector or others? In addtion, for troubleshooting, could you please share a sample ssv file for further test?

On your report (not in the query editor), check under Modeling Tab, what is the Data Type and Format for this field. Looks like its set to Currency. Change it to decimal number. And additionally, you can change the Data category as well to Latitude or Longitude.
