hey,
We have 5 consultants that are responsible for 100 clients.
Each client can put a domain on archive modus. When 1 client reaches more then 5 domains on archive I want to send an email to the responsible consultant.
I have a powerbi dataset and a dashboard.
The thing is, I have a matrix with the client names and with the count of domains on archive modus.
Is there a way just to say:
When client Z has 5+ domains then send email to consultant A.
If you need to schedule the email to go to a specific person, not yourself, there's a couple of Power Automate options. One is premium and uses the row-level security to run on a paginated report (Guy in a Cube did a video on this), the other is the "query a Power BI dataset" action in Power Automate. The latter only requires a pro license for the flow owner; it takes that data and loops over it to send an email to specific users. I did a tutorial on how to set it up here: https://youtu.be/5-0KH0IiDjU?si=5i2Y-7b7CRFR4k3I
