selecting select all in slicer excludes rows with blanks

Hi have a table with a text column that has blanks.  The data in the table visual is not displayed unless I filter the visual for blanks in the text column or if I add a slicer and select blanks.  If I select All in the slicer the table does not display the data.  Shouldn't it display all rows even if the text column has blanks.

All data in the visual comes from the same table.

There are no measures in the visual.  Sorry I can't share the data.

It would be better to have some dummy data to with the exact format how you have in your table. Otherwise, it is difficult for me to identify the exact problem that you are facing.
