This would not be possible in Power BI to send the screenshot of particular Dashboard on a button click.

Default subscription available to subscribe your reports to particular email id.

Hey Herwin,

This is not possible in Power BI. 

As Power BI Supports only the normal subscriptions to subscribe your reports to end users. But, with the details provided, on button click, this is not possible in Power BI.

You might to connect with web developers (.net, java,etc..) to implement this with the coding. Also, you cannot customize the default structure in Power BI.

We can export report once it is published in Power BI Services.

As of now, We can export reports to Power Point or Install doPDF in your machine and Click on Print to get the PDF of your report.

Other than that, we can export data in .csv from every visual of your report. 

There is an ellipses sign (...) on top right corner of every visual. you can click on the ellipses and click on export option to get the raw data in .csv

You can implement the export options in .net language when you embed your Power BI Reports. Like SSRS Reports, you can implement multiple export options such as PDF,.xls,.ppt,.csv, etc..

1. Prompting of a particular cell details is also not possible in Power BI.

     As these are the ideas that you can actually post it in Power BI Ideas where Microsoft will implement this in future.

2. To show it in a different page, you can check with Drillthrough option in Power BI where it filters the data based on the particular      cell value from the visuals.

Your main page will have the summarized information about your data and you can appy drillthrough on a particular visual or wherever you want in the visual. This will redirect to the next of the same PBI report and provides detailed information about your selection.

Sorry to inform you that, Currently Power BI should Supports hyperlink which starts with http:// , https:// , www.

To set an hypherlink for a particular cell value other than http,https,www, it is under review to implement this feature in PBI,

For now, you can change your column values in Dark Blue or so to highlight user to see the details of a particular cell value.
