Hello Team,
I want each series (identified by the ID) to be connected by lines. I know how to create a basic scatter plot, but I'm not sure how to connect the points with lines and ensure that each series is properly displayed. There are certain ID which has multiple start & end for single ID, line should end and end point and restart at start point.
Could anyone provide a step-by-step guide on how to achieve this in Power BI? Any tips on formatting and customization would also be greatly appreciated!
ID | Start | End |
abc | 1 | 1 |
dqf | 43 | 92 |
pqr | 1 | 1 |
pqr | 57 | 58 |
lmn | 20 | 20 |
stu | 17 | 18 |
xyz | 36 | 39 |

Hi @AmitMoolya ,
I create a table as you mentioned.
Then I put it into Dumbbell Bar Chart.
I think you can add Start into Legend.

Deneb Workout 08 - Dumbbell Chart - Workouts / Deneb - Enterprise DNA Forum

one of the Spotfire dashabord from which we need to replicate this visual in power BI,
Out of curiosity - why do you think you need to replicate that?
Consider using Deneb visuals, they can create connected Scatter plots very easily.
