Can you Clarify Your requirment what you want to achieve.
I take a look at your File and it's seems you refer measure in to column which is depend on slicer selection.

    Hi, Dangar332 .  I want to show the comparable spend for both selected years. Previously I just manually entering number instead of 'Last N'[Var] and somehow that works, however I want it to be dynamic based on selected Fiscal Year. Comparable column I used as filter and should be filtered to "Yes" to show comparable spend. For some reason, the created measure '00_Comparable USD Spend 2' doesn't work without the Comparable column filtered to "Yes".
