    Hi sam_nik12345 ,

     

    You can use UESRELATIONSHIP() function to active the relationship.

    Measured =
CALCULATE(
    SUM( 'Table 2'[stock] ),
    USERELATIONSHIP ( 'Table 2'[target], 'Table 1'[target] )
)

    Result:
