row count measure

I have a dataset that has 441 rows, but when I write a measure for counting the rows it only returns 94. The issue is also showing up if I try to write a measure to sum a column, the total is not the...

    Could you share the code used in the measure? Also, are you applying on filters via slicers or filters within the visual itself?
