I have a dataset that has 441 rows, but when I write a measure for counting the rows it only returns 94. The issue is also showing up if I try to write a measure to sum a column, the total is not the total for the whole data set.

Could you share the code used in the measure? Also, are you applying on filters via slicers or filters within the visual itself?
