routing to google map from bar chart

hi all

I have a requirement where i have a area wise bar chart so when i select a particular bar from the chart (i.e G1 from Area 1) it should route me to the corresponding area in the google maps please let me know if this is possible and if yes then how can i achieve it please refer the below image for reference
