reports locally on HTML

I am new to Power BI. I have a report ready on Power BI Desktop.

Can I embed my report in my HTML page locally, without Power BI Pro account?
If I can, then how?

    Hi there

    You will always have to upload it either to the Power BI Service, or if you have got running Power BI Report Server, you could upload it there.

    Either way you would require a Power BI Pro license.
