report page tooltips on Matrix Row values

Hi all,

I have been hoping to find a way to hover over a Matrix row text value and get some additional info.  Currently you just get a tooltip containing the full row text showing--see the screenshot below.   I've made a tooltip page, tied it to the column variable and tried all of the various combinations I could think of for the tooltip vield wells on the tooltip page and the report page...no luck ...  Anybody done this...perhaps this is "technically" not a tooltip?
