report on calendar responses

I am looking to see if there is a option to conenct PowerBI to a shared calendar (Webmail) and create a dashboard showing the reponses to calendar invites - eg acceptances, declines etc?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You could get data from Microsoft Exchange Online in Power BI Desktop. Below is my sample of which you could follow the steps.

• Get data

• Type your mailbox address

• Sign in Microsoft account

• It will display all the data about your emails. You could choose the tables you need and create report with them. And then publish it and create dashboards in Service.
