replacing 0 to text in table

I would like to replace all the 0 to 'Not provided'

The above value column that I up-pivoted different columns' values. As you can see there are some 0, I would like to make it to  'Not provided' so that it can be shown in my table/matrix visual

So the above matrix visual with 0 can turn to the text 'not provided'. Is it possible to do that?

You could create a measure.

measure =
VAR _sum =
    SUM ( 'table'[value] )
RETURN
    IF ( _sum = 0, "Not provided", FORMAT ( _sum, "0" ) )

I don't know why it did not work. It only works when I turned the "not provided" to BLANK()
