replace numbers to yes and No

I have data as below. want to replace the 0 to No and any number to Yes   ID Type1 Type2 A0001 2 3 A0002 1 4 A0003 0 6 A0004 12 0   Thanks you

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Try to select "ID" column and unpivot other column.

     

    Then create a measure and show it in matrix visual.

A simple if condition like if number = 0 then no else yes would work.

    The column names are dynamic
