remove sum before field name above the plot . It need to display only field name

In Table chart, right click on the field name, you will find a "Don't summarize" option, select it.

However, in matrix chart, there's no such option because the field is group by two other colums(X-axis and Y-axis), so value in "value" section should be an aggregation value.

In new version of PBI Desktop removed don't summrized as I see.

After right click on field choose rename and remove "sum of" from field name.
