remove option background data for all files power bi

Hi, 

Is there an option to turnoff  background data "Allow data preview to download in the background" for all files?

Currently you can only turn off the option for current file.

Based on my test, it is not supported yet currently. You can come up a new idea about that and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
