regarding line and clustered column chart

hi i was wondering if there is a way to dynamically assign start value of line and clustered column chart in desktop power bi?
is there any custom visual like line and clustered column chart which supports that functionality?????????

         After my research, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI for now.

         You can assign fixed start value of line and clustered column chart.

    And for your requirement, you could post your new idea in Power BI ideas and make this feature coming sooner.
