regarding gateway installation

Hi All,

 

I m facing problem while installing gateway 

 

The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetRequestStream(IAsyncResult asyncResult, TransportContext& context)
at System.Net.Http.HttpClientHandler.GetRequestStreamCallback(IAsyncResult ar)

 

Ensure network access is functioning correctly. Firewall and proxy configurations may need to be changed.

 

Network access to Azure service bus is limited.

 

Gateway service cannot access outside network. Check your connectivity settings.

 

kindly help for this.

    Hi Abhinay,

     

    As we can see from the error message, the gateway can't reach Azure service through your network. So please:

    1. Use the latest Gateway installer.

    2. Configure the network proxy if you have one. Please refer to: service-gateway-proxy.

    3. If you have a firewall, please refer to: #firewall-or-proxy.

    Try to install Gateway after disabling the firewall.
