Hi. I have troubles with refreshing panel icons. My Report is refreshed, but the icons are still with the past data. I have pressed "Refreshing panel icons" but nothing happened.
Hi @kaschia,
If my understanding is right, the first screenshot shows a dashboard, the second one shows report level, right? If it is, when we click different values in slicer, the report still display the original one in dasboard. If you want to display the new one, you have to pin the dashboard again. Slicers cannot be pinned to a dashboard. For your requirement, please see the feature request and vote it. In your scenario, the report chnages with slicer, while the dataset hasn't been changed. So when you click the refresh button, there is no impact on the reports.
Currently, in Power BI service, you can only pin entire report page which contains slicer to your dashboard by selecting Pin Live Page in the top navigation bar. Please review this similar thread.
Best Regards,
Angelia
Angelia:
Thanks for your answer. You are right about the images (one is the report and the other one is dashboard) but my problem is that the data i want to see updated at dashboard is a measure in the report (lastdate), so I tought this information will be updated any time I had updated my report... is that right?
Hi @kaschia,
Your measure is updated based on the selection in slicer. So the measure hasn't been updated when your selection changes.
Best Regards,
Angelia
