refresh , data volume and incremental refresh

powerbiexpert22 , I want to amend my answer for #2 and provide some additional info that I just learned thanks to your question. There is no way to set a specific amount of capacity for model refresh, however there is a way to limit the max memory used by semantic models in a capacity.
