refresh Power BI data via Power Automate hit limit

I have a pro license, which only allows for 8 scheduled data refresh per day. To avoid the limit, I created a Power Automate flow to trigger data refresh. but quick enough, the Power Automate flow throws error:

Invalid dataset refresh request. Number of refresh requests in last 24 hour

It looks even if I'm refreshing data via Power Automate, it still counts as a scheduled refresh. Is there a turnaround?
