i have a matrix column with values i want my values to direct to database site based on the request id of the selected value
if i select p3sla% value that should direct to the column in my database
i have the database url
how can i do that

To what I can uderstand you want to select the value and have a link to a web url with the database link correct?
You need to go to the condittional formatting and turn on the web URL and associate it with the weblink.
