re-ordering x-axis dates

Hi

 

I filtered down the dates on the x-axis of my column chart and they are coming up out of order. I have them in date format of MM/DD . I saw through my reserch on the forum that I need to sort by but it is greyed out and I am not able to sort them into order.

You may sort by a measure dragged to Tooltips.

Hi

 

I tried to follow the instruction in the post you linkned too but when I right clicked, I don't show the same options as they do. There is no sort by option. Please see screenshot below.

I clicked the 3 little dots in the upper right corner of the graphic for more options and that is where I found the Sort By - I was able to sort by date created and now my x-axis is in order 🙂
