randbetween prevents Matrrix from functioning correctly?

I am using randbetween() to create a new calculated column.

 

And when I use that column in a matrix, the drilldown does not work.

 

Is there any known issue between randbetween in a calculated column and using matrices?

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    Based on my test, Drilldown works when a calculated column with randbetween() is in the matrix visual. Did you turn on Drill mode like below? 

     

    If it still doesn't work, can you show how your matrix visual looks like currently? Which field is the calculated column in it? Does the matrix visual have a hierarchy?
