"ask a question" insert

Hi, can anyone tell me how to remove the "ask a question insert" on my dashboard?  I inadvertanly clicked the button and now I'm unable to remove the insert.

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    Open your Dashboard and click the 3 dots '...' on the menu bar, then click Settings.

    From here, you can disable Q&A using the slider.
