"TO end Cardinality Error"

Hi ,

 

I am trying to create a relationship between two tables, Calls and Calls Details in PBI desktop. But I am getting this below error. Does anybody know how to solve below error ? Any suggestion would be helpful.Cardinality_Error.png

Based on the above error message, there are some issues in the relationship between Calls and Calls Details tables. 

 

Actually, Power BI supports One to Many and One to One relationships not Many to Many relationship.


Could you please sample data or 'Calls (callid)' and 'Calls Details(callid)' ? Do each field contain unique values? Which table is Many side of the relationship and which table is One side of the relationship?

Hi @v-piga-msft thank you for your reply. I checked the calls table , and it doesnot contain unique 'callid'. It seems this error replicates , “Many-to-Many”  relationship error of power bi.
