l have scheduled a data refresh schedule in my POWER BI workspace and l have configured the gateway using an organisational gateway. l have "Send refresh failure notifications to" and l have selected an individual to receive the refresh failure email, but he does not receive it when the refresh schedule fail.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

When l switch to Datasetonwer l receive the notifiction email. But the other colleague which l have assigned the email in Refresh Failed Notification cannot switch constantcly to Datasetowner. Can you help me with another solution?
You can raise an issue at https://issues.powerbi.com . If you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
switch it to "Dataset owner" and see if YOU are getting them.
