Yep!! This happens after i installed the newest version (April).
The problem found for quick measure - percentage difference & percentage difference from filtered value.
My solution now is using measure and create DAX for percentage diff directly.
Thanks, that's what I did too, as remediation. I just wanted to see if it was a bug and it appears it is.
Hi, I am having the same issue and with percentage difference as well! It's strange - I think it is only happening with the newest release!
I have the same problem.
Power BI not responding when using quick meaure >> percentage difference
Other calculations no problem
Hi @huydo12
1.After testing, the quick measure can work well in my sample, you can check that if your dataset is too large that make the loadind is slow, you can use the performance analyzer to check the performance.
If your dataset is large, you can consider to optimize the model, you can refer to the following link.
Optimization guide for Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
2.You can enable the tracing in Power BI Desktop to collect the logs to check the prolem, click 'File->Options and settings->Options' then select Diagnostics, select 'Enable tracing'. then recreate the quick mesure again, then collect the log. you can find the log at "%localappdata%\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\Traces"
