"Organisational Account" disappeared from data source sign in

Hi there,

Within my tea we've been trying to make our PowerBI reports easier to collaborate on by changing all the data sources to online Sharepoint links that all the team have access to, to get around the need to change data sources for files. Normally this works fine for me, and occasionally powerbi asks me to sign into my organisational account to check I have permissions to the source urls. However, with my most recent PowerBI report, the option for 'Organisational Account' has disappeared, it now says 'Mircosoft Account' and it won't accept my credentials when I sign into my organisation MS account. I definitely have permissions for the Sharepoint folders referenced under this account I signed in on - does anyone know if this is an issue with my PowerBI software, if there's a setting I need to update, or if this change to a 'Microsoft Account' is an unrelated update?

Many thanks!

@Anonymous , First clear the old one using clear permission in data source setting.

enable Use My default browser -> In files-> optiosn and settings -> options -> security

Hi, I'm also having this issue, I hope you can help!
I've tried doing the above and no luck unfortunately.

The first time I try to connect and set up permissions - I can log in to 'Microsoft Account' (I think it should really say Organizational Account) and I receive this error:

On subsequent attempts, when trying to login to Microsoft Account, I am given an 'Access Denied' error message.

My colleagues are able to connect to this site with no problems. Do you have any ideas what could be causing this?
