"Make this Relationship Active" does not save when doing many-to-many. Bug?

Hello,

We are on the Feb. 2025 version of PBI.

We have 2 tables - each with a calculated column.  The calc columns are of the same type: True/False.  We can create a join as many-to-many on the 'Edit Relationship' screen.  We click 'Make Relationship Active' and then save.  But, it doesn't save.  It keeps the relationship as inactive.  It doesn't provide any info why.  It just closes after we click save.  Seems like a bug. 

Any ideas on how to resolve?

Knonw issue. Revert to a lower version or upgrade to 1577
